If you really want to pull apk's manually, they should all be in /data/app.

You should also be able to pull the entire FRX07 folder and drop it on another RHOD - just be warned all your personal data goes with your data.img.

I prefer Titanium Backup if I'm backing up applications within Android. This backs up the app and the associated data within said app. Works quite well... I use it so often I actually decided to pony up and buy the app...
