I suggest you ask someone from Sprint for your MSL or use this app to retrieve it:

Then dial ##786# and then click on Menu at the bottom right.
Press Reset then OK and then enter your MSL. The phone will do a hard reset and reprovision. That will reset your data settings. That should fix your issue.

Thanks. I guess its worth a shot, although I spent like 2 hours in a chatt with someone on sprint.com and they had me do something similar, it was like a ##367# number, and then had me deactivate the phone and reactivate it.
Then they had me do re provisions and such and it worked for like 20 minutes and was suuuper slow, but after a soft reset it was nothing again

BTW They probably had you do ##3282# which is a data reprovision but ##786# does a full wipe and restore of epst and reprovision.
