Ick. We're a GroupWise shop, so I feel your pain . My company is so bad it's not that they don't support non-BB devices - they only allow BB devices to connect! So I just don't get work email on my phone...

I would backup your data, try the hSPL, then radio flash. In theory you shouldn't lose any data, and you won't need to pillage and start over that crazy setup!
