It replaces the gray background #12 (bk_12.png) - but you can rename it and replace any background you wish, such as pink - not that there's anything wrong with pink 
Just drop the file into your Chameleon-240 theme folder on your device.

I like the look of your re-designed Aero colors. I use the WB Aero theme too. However, when I use it it seems to change most of the text in the WP theme to black. The black text is virtually unreadable against the grayish background. How do I make it so the text is all white?
