You would do one of two things - either use a tool (google cab extract, there are lots of em, the xda folks seem to like http://www.freewareppc.com/utilities/msceinf.shtml ) to extract the files from the cab, then use those files to make your OEM package, or install it, and then try and figure out what was put in the registry and into your 6700. That's tedious.
