I changed the registry value

HKEY_CURRENT_USER/ControlPanel/Phone/"Vol"

to 65535 (or FFFF).

I'm not sure it helped but I think it did. I spent a lot of time searching for an answer to your question and I didn't find anything... so... if this helps enjoy.
