Gameloft optimizes for Exynos since they are the provider for Samsung's gaming hub lol

There are a few companies on board since as I said Samsung does not need to look for partners to optimize...see Tegra and Qualcomm need it because they make their own GPUs..Samsung on the other hand uses ARM's MALI chipset which is made by ARM..the creators of the Cortex A9...they are the one bringing the optimized partners on board as MALI is made by ARM, not Samsung.
