Minor corrections: El espaƱol es el segundo idioma de este paĆ*s. "Idioma" is masculine. Nouns of Greek origin that end in -ma, -pa, and -ta are masculine. Examples include:
* el programa/ program
* el mapa/ map
* el poeta/ poet
* el planeta/ planet
* el idioma/ language
* el sistema/ system
* el telegrama/ telegram
* el problema/ problem
* el clima/ climate
* el drama/ drama
* el cometa/ comet
* el diploma/ diploma
* el tema/ theme

Also, I think you should use the word "segundo" instead of "secondario," although I'm not sure. To me, the word "secondario" has the connotation of "high school" or "secondary school." Maybe it's just me.
