I will ask you this question..is there anything wrong with your bosses phone? since he is not avid into flashing and your current rom works fine, then leave it as is and wait for official gingerbread...if he has some issues we can suggest roms..(not saying the roms are not stable they are stable and improve your phone tremendously, but again your flashing your bosses phone..)
