If i were you guys, id take the phone back to sprint. I had that problem with my first evo 3d, then returned it because i got
ed with all the issues. I'm not gonna lie, it might be hard to return it because some stores (like the one i took it to) will lie and say it's ok but believe me try to get another one. I got another one from a different sprint store and never have that problem or any other problem. So keep that in mind.
