Yep, changing to different batteries, 20 soft resets(or more

) and uninstalling programs, changing system settings etc..... It's not a hardware issue at all. Right following the HTC boot screen and immediately when it shows Windows Phone Not For Resale screen the vibrate started and remained while the phone is on. Only turned off after shutdown was finished and the phone was powered down completely

After I did a hard reset it cleared everything up and everything is back to normal.

I've made a conscious choice not to reformat my computer and backup my NoDo file. I copied it onto another hard drive for safe keeping. Hopefully everything works out in the future when the release comes out.
The backup should be at c:/premangostate
