1) Non-issue because it will be here in time.
2) Doesn't matter if it's 8 or 5 megapixel if the camera sensors suck. If cameras are that important to you, you shouldn't be looking at a phone from HTC. Samsung does a much better job.
3) No kickstand is a huge blow for those who would use one a lot. You can actually make one out of dollar bill or buy one online that you can fold and put in your wallet. I'm no fan of kickstands, mine broke with regular use on the EVO 4G and was left propped open at all times - annoying.
4) There were a ton of issues for the EVO 4G as well - overheating, stuck pixels, different types of screens, kickstands breaking, light leakage from the bottom, crack by power button, battery door wouldnt close correctly near the top, etc. - yet, the phone was a hit and we all loved it.
5) Not sure you can qualify this as an issue. EVO 4g didn't come in white for a while after the inital launch. And honestly, white phones/tablets are overrated imo. Most of them aren't even white... they're half white (on the back) and that looks incomplete like an open Oreo cookie. I also think white often makes the device look cheaper because they have to use shiny plastic. If you really want, you can turn the EVO 3D white with a little creativity ( WHITE EVO 3D [lot of pics] self-made - xda-developers ) or use a case.

Device isn't perfect, but I wouldn't want to go back to the EVO 4G. 1.2Ghz dual-core processor, more ram, higher resolution display, nifty 3D features rock. To each their own . If you don't get the E3D, you should consider Sprint's Galaxy S II whenever that finally makes it to market.
