Re: (Bug) Weather Lockscreen

Dear Karl,

Thank you for the additional information. We have received feedback regarding this issue and are investigating this as a top priority. It does not appear to be an issue with the lock screen, but more the Weather application itself. We are in the process of an update to resolve this issue. Unfortunately I do not have an exact ETA on when this update will be released. I can only suggest to periodically check www.htc.com/us/support, and our Facebook/Twitter sites. I hope this information proves helpful Karl and resolves your inquiry regarding the display temperature on the Evo 3D. Please feel free to contact us again if you have any further questions.

To send a reply to this message or let me know I have successfully answered your question log in to our ContactUs site using your email address and your ticket number 11USCW28ENA000872.

Sincerely,

Ryan
