Thank you for the additional information. We have received feedback regarding this issue and are investigating this as a top priority. It does not appear to be an issue with the lock screen, but more the Weather application itself. We are in the process of an update to resolve this issue. Unfortunately I do not have an exact ETA on when this update will be released. I can only suggest to periodically check
