So I made a 911 call this morning on my Evo 3G to reports an accident on my way to work. Since I had my bluetooth earpiece on I naturally hung up using the button on my BT and didn't look at my screen until I got into the parking lot at work. When I did I noticed that there was a little red light icon in the task bar. When I pulled down the menu it was counting down and was going to redial until I dismissed it. I was 30 seconds away from calling 911 again. Is this a new HTC or Andriod "feature" and does anyone know of a way to turn that off?
