Yeah...that is really weird.
I did test it...and my Exchange config does NOT use SSL so, therefore, no certificate...and calls are ringing in. That is not to say that it is defintely the cert install, but it at least gives you a little more to narrow the search.
Do you have a non-SSL Exchange setup you can connect to?
