So many factors need to be taken into consideration. What's your signal strength? I'm guessing you came from another Sprint device (TP2)? If so did you have better speeds before? There are some threads around discussing this topic and potential solution. check out this thread:

Sprint has been having network issues for a number of people so that may be it as well. Tough to nail down though.
