anyone else - have you noticed a tone/beep during call waiting during incoming calls while speaking on a call already? I am not receiving this tone/beep and thus, getting all the missed call notifications.
@update/comment - tried flashing to another ROM to test this - seems that this same thing is happening so it is not "sharkieROM" specific -
I had a friend call me from a landline to test this out while on their mobile. Still no incoming call waiting tone when on the initial active call.
