Okay, did a little test today. flashed another rom without ad tweaks, browser was very slow again. installed latest adfree from the market (updated today), setup, reboot. browser is lightning fast again in 3g. Tried 4g, exact same behavior as before. 4g turns off, pages half load,etc. So opened adfree, hit revert, and tried to surf but it was still messed up. so rebooted, now 4g works and ads are back. So basically, adfree works in 3g perfect, if you want to run 4g, need to revert adfree and reboot. Not ideal but thats what I found. I wonder why nobody has mentioned the 4g bug to the developer?
Looks like you don't need to reboot each time either
