I got the $75 credit about 6 days ago and still got the upgrade discount on the phone. You should get both if you're already eligible for the upgrade. I made sure with the guy who gave me the credit twice, and it still reflected on my account online at Sprint.

I picked up an Evo 3D last night and called this number today and asked the guy about the credit. He applied the $70 with no hassle. The phone call was less than 5 minutes total. Thanks for the info!!
