I too was on a Sero plan, I got the $75 credit to my account but it took me bugging them for them to give it to me. I however was already on an expired contract. That may have been my leverage I didn't need to call retention or anything like that though. I did get a supervisor will call you back by the end of the day line tho. I never got a call back from a supervisor but I called them back, they gave it to me and that's why I purchased my 3VO the next day. You probably won't get it now that you've upgraded though, or did you not? Is your contractual agreement expired or is it still active?
