I'm able to receive wifi calls from sip using portgo/fring.

I'm just not able to make wifi calls, if anyone can help/point me at a guide/direction, I'd appreicate it. So far I've tried the voip thing and I couldn't figure out how to make the call, only got it to answer it and I don't have problem with that.

I've tried idialer for callback but it isn't for wifi and still uses minutes for that initial call

edit: to clarify, I want to make calls with google voice, not my sip because sipgate is only free incoming and not outgoing. And I havent found another sip that is free that worts with google voice.
