I was just looking at this, since I know how to get the default start menu to show while running QM. First is you have to check "replace..." off..

Here is the catch, click start and it shows QM, touch, click slightly right to off center and it shows default start menu... (this is how it worked on Apache)

Using OMJ's rom I see the default Start Menu try to show but QM pops over it.. Even Display on long press won't show it..

Ok found out what's up, turn OFF "Large Start Menu".. Click on "Logo" for QM, click on "Start" for System Default Start-Menu.
