[Scrufdog]

Had the phone for a few hours, installed the updates, etc.

Phone has been sitting here plugged in charging the whole time and has been sitting on 99% charge for about a 1/2 hour. Red LED is on. Any ideas if this is a bug, or just a first time charging thing? I'm going to power the phone down for 15 minutes and see if it tops off finally.
