That's essentially what I was told. I changed my plan to SERO-P earlier and spoke to a guy(forgot his name already
) who said that when Best buy calls to activate, they will have to call the employee line anyway and that he was one of the people who does support for the Best Buys.
I am bringing along the phone number for the employee line. Hopefully I can get the Best Buy guy to call straight to that line in the first place.
