Like all of you, because of not getting any answers from the tech support people, I have been playing with my Q1 trying to figure out what is causing the echo. I might have figured it out. I noticed that if I changed the rubber insert the amount of echo would change as well. With that, I took a rubber off of my skull candy earbuds and put it on the Q1. Well, the echo stopped. What the cause seems to be is, the mic is so sensitive on the Q1 it is picking up the sound bleeding from the ear and replaying it to the caller on the other end of the call.
