I have found that if I ever have a problem with Sense launching or freezing, I go Start>CHTEditor>Free Links and then change the Snap To number, since it doesn't affect anything I do. If you save and exit, it will force Sense to restart. This whole process is much, much faster than an entire soft restart, so I'd recommend trying that first.
