Glad you don't let AZ get to you gTen. I started looking at the Epic to replace my TP2 as soon as it was announced because as much as I hated the slow speed, and not so great (IMO) WinMo OS, I loved the layout of the phone. For anyone looking for a good phone with a nice keyboard on it, I would recommend it. Like gTen, I wouldn't recommend it if it didn't fit the users need.

In the end of the day as I said I am hoping that when I buy my phone..no matter what brand I buy be it HTC, Samsung, LG, Sony, Acer, Asus, Casio and etc..there is a community to support and help people..so that I can choose the phone I like and fits my needs and not the phone I have no choice but to like...
I was really hoping that HTC would come to the plate for me with another great feeling qwerty device, but instead we got the Evo Shift.

I was hoping for an android version of the TP2, but the Epic has been a nice surprise for me.

Right now a lot of people have the mentality that HTC is instantly better since they are more used to it..and I don't blame them...but there will come a time for everyone where the form factor/feature you want/need is not available on HTC and their carrier..and at that point you'll have no choice but to switch..and won't it be reassuring that no matter where you go, no matter what you choose, there will be support for it from the community?
Yes, HTC gets plenty of love, but Sammy has really come to the plate wit the Galaxy series, and in some way is stealing some of HTC's steam. Not saying I wouldn't go back to HTC if they came out with a device I liked.

Its not a short term effort..its a long term effort...but we are getting there more and more..
Really I just wanted to test my multiquoting skills, but I in no way compare to gTen. lol
