yeah, that stock case on my TP2 has a protective lense on it for the actual camera lense under it. Scratched to hell at this point. Have to take off the cover to get a decent pic.
I can see that the 3D only has that one built in cover, nothing removeable. Worries me a bit since I'm a dirty road tech mechanic that carries his phone with him all the time.
