EVO pulled from official Netflix compatibility?!

My buddy was having issues with his Netflix app on his stock EVO. It told him he couldn't run it without updating the app in the market. When he clicked the link, it took him to the market and gave him an error stating that it could not find the app. When I researched it a little for him I found this on the android market website and noticed that the EVO was no longer on the supported device list! Anybody fashion a guess as to why? I did the latest update before it was pulled and its still running fine on mine. I am running Warm 2.2

EDIT: Also continues working fine if it was installed and you do the 2.3 update on stock EVO
