If that is not working for you, or if you are looking for another specific feature on the GB keyboard, you should be able to download the gingerbread keyboard from the android market.
Sense - well, we are out of luck there. (But I do remember that HTC had tweeted something about some features from Sense 3.0 might trickle down to "previous devices" -
