Heh... OK. I made a cab file that programs in the ## codes (don't worry, once you master reset they will be gone along with everything else). Just unzip the file, bring over to your device and tap on it. It will import the registry entries that add the ability to do ##786# (there's nothing else in it). You might need to soft reset after it installs.

Then try to proceed with my earlier instructions.

Also check the PRL version shown on the ##RTN# screen and make sure it's a Verizon one (should be in the form 50XXX)
