but the iOS app store has not been hacked to download free apps whenever you want from your PC to your phone either, so I guess the iOS App Store is the safest of all.

And what you're talking about is not anything being hacked, it's just an app that spread to some others in the store that infected some phones, so it looks as if the Android Market is actually safer than the WP7 Marketplace, they just need a better regulation system for which apps they allow.
