Hi - Android newbie here (recent convert from the iphone
cult). Installed this ROM a couple of days ago - many thanks! Significant improvement on what was preloaded on the Evo.
So here are some newbie questions: Can I flash a different kernel while keeping deck's 1.0 ROM? How do I do it? What I really want is to improve battery life and am wondering if there is some kernel that can do it better. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Also, how do I underclock? (I am assuming that will make the battery life better at the expense of performance). And how do I monitor fps and clock speed?
