Same thing happened to my one of my many TPs and they told me it was MY fault. That they couldn't fix it cuz it was on the board and that it would cost me 100 bucks with TEP.
I fought it and got a free replacement under manufacturer's warranty. It's a chinese made phone and they don't allow any room for defects?
Fight it bro.
Just sit there and keep asking for managers.
