probably.....I'm sure w/ data usage continually rising, Sprint may want to nip the tethering. But someone else had a good point....with all the leaks lately, rooted EVOs (and other HTC phones) are getting updates they normally would not get, causing a possible loss of sales for new handsets.

I'm surprised more ppl are not lashing out @ Sprint
