Agree with both statements: - cold dead hands, and patience pays.
I think many SERO holders who have been lured away from Sprint by new shinny phones had to let go of their valuable plan for the sake of porting. Perhaps the two transactions negate each other? Whatever the case, I'm sure there is a way to make it work for all parties involved; after all, our middle name is "Geeks"!
