So here's what i got
Im using a router and so the router has a different ip addy for the computer than the computer actually uses.
So for example my router has my ip address as 192.168.0.2 and when i go to say ipchicken it says 67.41.247.8 I have already told my router to open a port for it but when i go to connect it just times out.
My question is for the host do i need to have 192.168.0.2/67.41.247.8 and for the user do i need to have the usernameofrouter/usernameofcomputer and rouerpassword/admin password? im just having a heck of a time and i have looked through everything i can think of. i know someone out there has it working and i just wanted to know how!!!! Any help is appreciated!!

I feel your pain bro. It took me forever to figure out how to use RDM but once it's up and going it awesome! Also you won't need wifi to connect. Your 67.xxx.xxx.xxx ip address is the one you put in for "computer" and of course your login username and password. Now you have make sure you have port 3389 forwarded on your router. To learn how to do that go to
Port Forwarding Guides Listed by Manufacturer and Model - PortForward.com You might also have to set up a static ip address. It's also explained at the previously mentioned site. Best of luck!
