This works great on my TP2 with WM6.5 (stock Verizon MR2). The only problem is it eats through the battery very quickly in background mode. With OC'ing, I have been able to get up to three days on a full charge. With this software installed, I can't get through one day (just like the bad old days before OC'ing).
I'm using the latest version from the developers website. It adds the ability to take a photo and send it with the message containing the Google Maps location.
Anyone have a fix for this or a suggestion on settings? Is the drain because the program is constantly accessing the GPS? Is GPS normally not activated unless a specific application requires it?
Bottom Line:
Like the app and it's functionality
Not very useful if the device dies from a drained battery before it can be tracked!
