I have a stock 6.5 Sprint Rom on my TP2 and it did the exact same thing starting about a week ago. I did a hard reset and it went away but I lost everything I had (less contacts since I did a back up before hard reset). This happening to this many phones all at the same time is not a coincedence. Something out there changed to cause this. I had a gmail account on my phone as well and have not added it back as of yet so i can't say if that was it.
