Pull the battery to turn the phone off.
Put the battery back into the device.
The device should still be off.
Press and hold the volume down button.
While holding the volume down button, press and hold the power button.
The device should turn on and a different screen will be displayed ... it is three colors and is the boot-loader.
Plug the usb cable from your PC into the device.
Flash the stock sprint ROM. (I say stock sprint, because your profile identifies your carrier as sprint)

Go back and read all of the stickied threads.
