Re: [5-21-11][ROM] gingerbread-evo-deck [1.0][2.3.3 Stable][1.2g][2.3.4 Beta]

I know this subject has been hammered on till the end of time but I am still plagued with it . Im hoping Deck might be able to take a look at it . My current set up before I go into detail on it
Romeck 1.2E
Kernel : SZ 2.20 CFS
I currently have everything turned off in Privacy settings .
Only thing Im running is a Weather widget .
Everything else ie Facebook doesnt sync unless I open the app .
Gmail , Contacts are set to sync
Here is the issue :
I just had a convo on the phone for 53 mins . Before the convo my android system usage was at 6% . After 53 mins on the phone battery usage is now showing as the following
Android OS 83%
Voice Calls 12%
Cell Stand by 3%
Phone Idle 3%
Total time on battery 2h 14m 42 secs

I have tried changing kernels I have tried shutting everything off . It seems every AOSP GB rom I run I get this . I thought maybe it was my phone but I have also read others reporting this issue . I mean logically should voice calls be at 83% since theoretically that has been the major consumer of battery power ? It would make sence since then that would make Android system 12% . I dont know if maybe its just a few phones that suffer from this . I have tried testing it by calling voice mail right after unplugging the phone , while watching battery usage screen it will behave normally . But make a normal phone call and not watch the battery usage screen it does this huge spike . If needed should I load OS monitor and submit the log to Deck for better diagnostics ? I stronly believe something is causing it to be labeled wrong . I wish I could tear code apart to possibly find out something myself but my knowledge is only limited to basic of theming . Any ideas ?

Update : Flashing to 1.2G and gonna install OS monitor on it and start saving a log .
