I called back in mid April about this and this African American lady was really honest with me and said that they are doing a nationwide wide restructuring of their entire network that started on 1/3/11 which includes removing towers and cell sites and replacing them with newer and better ones , she was puzzled as to y the problems I was having persisted this long since she said they said that this would be done by 3/21. my guess is they will be totally done with this by the time mango comes out at the absolute latest, I asked for a credit on my account and she did it.
