They appear to be equal if:
Sense has: 3-4 bars = 3.5 avg out of 7 = 50%.
GB has: 2 bars out of 4 = 50%
Again, I am not saying it's the same, I just know it works the same for me. Who knows, maybe it is for battery saving purposes... that would be nice
