According to their system, I've only been w/ Sprint since 12/2007, which is when they switched to a new billing system. I told them I've been a customer since 2002. They filled out some form & submitted to some dept to investigate, and I'm suppose to get something in the mail with my exact anniversary date.
I did call back about my upgrade.....I guess there was some confusion (imagine that). I was planning on using an upgrade from another line on my account, but the full upgrade wasn't till 7/1. all I wanted was to have it moved up to 6/1...So the guy I spoke w/ took care of it this time, plus gave a $45 credit to renew the contract on the line that day. Now that line is eligible for a full upgrade now (which I'l be using for 3D!)....works for me
