I just finished reading about how the May 3rd kernel allows you to choose specific frequencies to be used or not, and I'm wondering how difficult that is to implement. I looked at ziggy's post describing how to do it, but as someone who is not all that familiar with terminal or adb I'm wondering if I might want to try out an earlier kernel until someone creates an app/program to make it easier for newbs like myself? It doesn't look
too difficult. I guess I could just take the plunge and give it a shot, eh? Doesn't really seem like I could totally mess anything up, and if I did I could always restore a backup. Anyway, excited to try out these kernels again. Had good luck with his back in early April and then he disappeared for a while. Been running Imoseyon's lean extreme and been pretty happy, but the flash-a-holic in me needs to try something else!
