Step 1. BACK UP YOUR CARD
Partitioning will wipe it out.

If you are on amon recovery, once your card is backed up you can partition it from recovery (if you are on CWM then I'd suggest getting over to amon anyway, it's mo bettah)

In recovery select Partition Card.
Partition SD
Swap-set anywhere from 32 down to zero-sorry it escapes me atm what that is for. I'm 99% sure that larger cards can run larger swaps. Virus said you can set it to zero if you want.
Size=2048-THIS IS FOR THE KINGDOM ROM/PORT. You dont normally need a partition that big. Usually anything up to 1GB is fine depending on how much of your card you want to dedicate to apps.
Then upgrade ext2 to ext3.
You're done!
