david if it makes u feel anybetter i called customer service and they are acknowledging the phone and theyve had training on wp7 and are saying it should be coming "really soon" try giving them a call i agree they are all morons with no knowledge on upcoming phones but thats to blame on verizon bein secretive about that stuff
