It is the same in WP7. It is by design since the snooze functionality is nowhere near the full outlook client. You would end up dismissing reminders inadvertently that you still needed.

Kind of odd since its just snoozing/dismissing a reminder. Would think it wouldn't be too hard to push that to the outlook (Exchange) to note that the appt. has been dismissed,snoozed,etc...
Oh well. Guess will live with it. Its just annoying having dismissed them on phone to see them again on the desktop.
