before you buy is hard..usual culprit is if the price is too good to be true.also buying from a trusted channel is usually safer..not saying that its ever safe as there has been an incident for example where newegg sent out 1000 fakee cpus intel cpus lol...but a trusted retail channel is most likely to handle the issue better in case of a problem
