To get the MSL code (not asking to Sprint), Is necesary to buy it?

1. get the MSL/SPC of the phone. you can ask Sprint, or buy it from an unlock service provider ( i bought it from //nickflashcricket.net )

nickflashcricket.net seems to only sell Blackberry MSL codes, really u can buy a HTC Arrive MSL code in there?


The buit-in tools (##MFG#) are similar to EPST tool (all CDMA and Data settings) ?
